Google Wallet Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of eligible Munify Virtual Cards (“Payment Card”) when you add, attempt to add, or keep a Payment Card in Google Wallet (“Wallet”) on any supported Android device or other compatible device.
1. Relationship to Google
- Google Wallet is a service offered by Google LLC (“Google”). Munify does not own, operate, or control Google Wallet and is not responsible for any service provided to you by Google or any third party engaged by Google.
- Your use of Google Wallet is also subject to agreements or terms of use with Google and/or other third parties.
2. Relationship to Other Agreements
- Adding your Munify Virtual Card to Google Wallet does not alter any other agreement you have with Munify.
- The terms and conditions for your Munify Virtual Card remain in full force and effect.
- Transactions made with your Munify Virtual Card through Google Wallet are subject to the same terms, fees, and policies as if you had used your card directly.
3. Eligibility
- Your Payment Card and account must be in good standing and eligible for use with Google Wallet.
- Google determines which devices and operating systems are eligible for Google Wallet.
4. Fees
- Munify does not charge fees for using Google Wallet. Please review your cardholder agreement for any applicable fees.
- You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier, Google, or other third parties.
5. Suspension and Termination
- Munify may block, suspend, or cancel use of your Payment Card within Google Wallet at any time, including for suspected fraud, device loss, or changes in law.
- Munify may change or terminate these Terms at any time. Continued use of Google Wallet constitutes acceptance of any changes.
6. Data Privacy
- Munify may collect, transmit, store, and use information about you and your use of Google Wallet as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Google and other third parties may have access to certain details regarding your transactions made with Google Wallet. Information shared with Google is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
7. Security and Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Google account, and any credentials used to access Google Wallet.
- If your device is lost or stolen, or you believe your credentials have been compromised, notify Munify immediately to disable your Payment Card in Google Wallet.
- You are responsible for all transactions made using your device unless and until you notify Munify of loss or theft.
8. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold Munify harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of Google Wallet.
